A berry delicious yoghurt smoothie. Ingredients:
250 g strawberry yogurt (or any other berry) |
1/4 cup water or 1/4 cup nonfat milk |
1/4 cup cranberry juice |
1 tablespoon ground flax seed |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth. 2. Serve immediately. |
