Blueberries make this nutritious breakfast a pretty pink.
Ingredients:
1/2 c oatmeal, old fashioned (actually, barley)
3/4 c water
1/2 banana, sliced
1 c blueberries
1/2 c yogurt, plain
2 tbsp almonds, slivered
Directions:
1. Microwave first 4 items 2 minutes on full heat, then 5 minutes on power 2.
2. Stir in yogurt and almonds and eat.
