Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2/3 cup butter |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs, separated |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups blueberries |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, sugar, & butter. 2. Reserve 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping. 3. To remainder, add salt, baking powder, vanilla, milk, & egg yolks. 4. Blend well. 5. Beat egg whites until firm; fold into batter and pour into 9 X 13 baking pan. 6. Sprinkle blueberries over top, and then remainder of reserved flour/sugar/butter mixture. 7. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. |
