This tasty drink is loaded with antioxidants. Serve it chilled, or blend with a few ice cubes just before serving. Ingredients:
3 cups fresh orange juice |
1/4 cup honey |
1 pint fresh or frozen blueberries |
1 medium cucumber, quartered |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined sieve into a medium bowl, pressing solids with a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula to squeeze out juice; discard solids. |
