This stir-together dish is chunkier and thicker in texture than some babies like. To make it smoother, try pureeing the blueberries and banana, rather than mashing them by hand, and adding a tablespoon of baby's milk. Ingredients:
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/2 ripe banana |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Place blueberries and banana in a small bowl; mash with a fork until well blended and few chunks remain. Stir into yogurt. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate. |
