a lowfat filling breakfast shake or pick me up any time of the day Ingredients:
3 cups low-fat soymilk |
1/3 cup unflavored soy powder |
1 medium size banana |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup fiber one cereal |
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Add plain lowfat soymilk and soy powder to a blender, blend for 10 seconds. 2. Add frozen blueberries and banana sliced in half and blend for 10 seconds. 3. Add Fiber One cereal and Splenda and blend until smooth and creamy. 4. Enjoy. |
