A delicious and healthy smoothie. Came from smoothieweb. Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 banana |
6 ounces nonfat plain yogurt |
3/4 cup almond milk |
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds |
1/2 cup ice cube |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in blender and start blending on low speed and after that gruadually increase the speed until smoothie is smooth. 2. Add another 30-60 seconds to add air (makes smoothie lighter.). 3. Serve. Serves 2. |
