Yet another breakfast smoothie with my favorite smoothie ingredient oatmeal. Nice and thick and filling Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal |
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 banana (frozen) |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients till smooth. |
