Cool and refreshing! Ingredients:
1 large banana, sliced |
1 cup apple juice |
1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen |
1/2 cup milk (i use 2 percent) |
3 ice cubes, broken up |
Directions:
1. In a blender container, combine banana and apple juice. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Add blueberries and ice cubes. 4. Blend until smooth. 5. Add milk with blender running. 6. Blend until smooth and frothy. |
