Post workout smoothie Ingredients:
2 cups soy milk |
1 tbsp flax seed |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
30 grams (1 scoop) whey protein powder |
1 med banana |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
Directions:
1. Grind flax seed and oatmeal in a coffee grinder. 2. Blemd all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Works best with a frozen banana. If too thick for your taste, add crushed ice during blending process. |
