Moist and delish. Ingredients:
4 bananas, mashed |
2 cups flour |
1/4 cup flax seed |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
1/2 cup canola oil |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
5 tablespoons milk |
1 tablespoon lemon zest |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients first. In same bowl place rest of ingredients. Mix well, add blueberries last. 2. Place in a greased loaf pan. 3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 4. Cool on wire rack. |
