healthy and delicious blueberry banana bread! Ingredients:
2 bananas, very ripe |
2 cups bisquick reduced-fat baking mix |
1/3 cup white sugar |
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
Directions:
1. combine all ingrediants except blueberries and mix thoroughly. 2. fold in blueberries. 3. spray baking pan and cook for 30-40 min at 350 degrees. 4. Let cool at least 10 min before cutting into pieces. |
