Fruit smoothies called Batidos are served at Cuban snack bars all over Florida. Ingredients:
1 banana, ripe, peeled and cut into chunks |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute |
1 cup buttermilk |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place everything in blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Serve and enjoy! |
