2 cups fresh blueberries or 2 cups slightly thawed frozen blueberries |
1 cup apple juice |
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla ice cream |
1/2 cup skim milk |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In food processor or blender, add all ingredients. 2. Whirl until smooth. 3. Serve in frosty glasses on a hot summery day. |
