Blueprint magazine, March/April 2007. Ingredients:
1 cup irish steel cut oats |
4 cups water |
1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1 pinch cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil. 2. Stir in oatmeal and cook according to package directions, about 30 minutes. 3. Transfer oatmeal to bowls and serve immediately with walnuts, blueberries, and cinnamon. |
