1 cup blueberries (or peaches, raspberries, & strawberries) |
1 banana, frozen |
16 oz pomegranate juice (or other unsweetened fruit juice) |
1 cup nonfat, plain kefir |
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed |
2 tsp honey |
