Blueberry and Flax Milkshake |

I will be posting more of their recipes. I add ice cubes to the blender. Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
2/3 cup blueberries |
4 (1 g) packets stevia (the only artificial sweetener we recommend ( i like honey) |
3 tablespoons freshly ground flax seed meal |
2 tablespoons freshly ground raw sunflower seeds |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and serve cold. |
