Blueberry And Flax Buttermilk Pancakes

These are fantastic. I have made these on at least a dozen occasions and everyone asks for more. Enjoy like we do. Meow
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup flax meal
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons oil
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
1. Combine flour, flax meal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
2. Make a well in center of dry mixture then set aside.
3. In another bowl stir together egg, buttermilk and oil.
4. Add liquid ingredients all at once to dry mixture then stir just until moistened.
5. Gently fold in blueberries.
6. For each pancake pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot lightly greased skillet.
7. Cook over medium heat 2 minutes on each side then serve immediately with syrup of your choice.
