You could substitute ricotta or cottage cheese for the cream cheese. Ingredients:
1 large egg |
1 large egg white |
2 tablespoons maple groves farm sugar free syrup |
1/4 cup fresh blueberries |
1 oz. neufchatel cheese |
Directions:
1. Omelet: 2. Mix 1 Tbsp of the sugar free syrup with the egg and egg white. Spray pan with cooking spray and cook until set. 3. Add blueberries and cream cheese, fold and turn off heat-cover to melt cream cheese. 4. Top with the remaining 1 Tbsp of the sugar free syrup . |
