From Tammen's Treeberry Farm. Great on your muffins, scones, or toast. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3/4 teaspoon almond extract |
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar |
1/2 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. In food processor, process first 3 ingredients until blended. 2. Add blueberries and process just until incorporated. 3. Cover and chill one hour. |
