Full of healthy ingredients! I'm putting this here for safekeeping, I want to try it! Adapted from Whole Living. Ingredients:
1 ripe banana |
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (6 oz.) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3 tablespoons almond butter |
2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground |
3 dates, pitted (medjool or deglet) |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve. Enjoy! |
