Recipe By: Jacques Pepin This is a super easy , elegant and delcious Ingredients:
1 box blueberries |
raspberry jam ( i use seedless ) |
cognac -- or water ( do the cognac! ) |
vanilla ice cream ( premium! ) |
cookie ( any kind you like ) but i prefer the chocolate hazelnut rolled wafer sticks |
Directions:
1. Mix some blueberries in a bowl with raspberry jam and a little cognac or water. 2. Spoon into cocktail glasses, top each with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and serve with a cookie, tucked in the glass 3. Note: so easy, so elegant and so tasty!!! |
