Blue Smoke’s Iceberg Wedges With Roquefort Dressing |

Adapted from Peace, Love and Barbecue Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped |
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup roquefort cheese, crumbled |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper |
1 head iceberg lettuce |
crumbled bacon (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a large bowl. Whisk together. Then fold in the cheese and parsley. 2. Cut the lettuce into four wedges. Pour the dressing on top. |
