Found this recipe in a recent SouthernLiving Magazine. I made these for the 4th of July and they were a huge hit! The recipe calls for tequila, but I used rum. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can frozen margarita mix |
3/4 cup tequila or 3/4 cup rum |
1/4 cup blue curacao |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Fill with ice to the 5-cup level, and process until smooth. 3. Serve immediately. |
