1/2 cup soymilk or 1/2 cup almond milk |
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
1/2 cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen) |
1/4 cup cranberry juice |
1 banana |
Directions:
1. Using a blender or Vita-Mix, process all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass. |
