Was craving the celery and blue cheese dip that comes with chicken wings so I threw this together. Using blue cheese crumbles and 2 % greek yoghurt make it easy, quick and low fat. I had about 4 stalks celery cut up and used about 1/2 the dip for a mid day snack. Ingredients:
1/2 cup 2% greek yoghurt- i use faje |
1 large tbsp blue cheese crumbles |
1 tbsp chopped green onion-green part only |
a dash of hot sauce |
a bigger dash of worchestershire sauce |
juice of 1/2 small lemon |
onion salt and black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl or plastic container. 2. Stir well and serve with celery sticks. 3. * letting dip sit before serving should intensive flavours nicely, that is- if you can wait! |
