Blue Cheese Stuffed Fresh Apricots |

This is a great appetizer but also a great item to put out at baby and wedding showers. The blend of apricots, honey and blue cheese is awesome. Can't go wrong with this one. Yummy Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups blue cheese softened |
12 slices french bread lightly toasted |
12 fresh apricots |
1 tablespoon fragrant honey |
Directions:
1. Split apricots open. 2. Remove seeds and stuff with blue cheese. 3. Spread some blue cheese on each piece of toasted bread. 4. Lay an apricot on top of bread and drizzle with honey. 5. Place in 300 degree oven for 5 minutes. 6. Serve warm. |
