a welcome change to the store bought steak sauce. also make a nice salad dressing when thinned with sour cream and/or yogurt. Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter |
1/4 lb blue cheese |
2 tablespoons chives |
Directions:
1. Over low heat melt butter. 2. Add shredded blue cheese stirring constantly. do not boil. 3. When cheese is almost smooth add chives. 4. continue to simmer on low heat till smooth. |
