Quick and Easy Ingredients:
1 -1 1/4 cup blue cheese (4 to 5 ounces) |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
garlic salt, to taste |
10 slices bread, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Cream cheese and butter thoroughly;season lightly with garlic slat, if desired. 2. Cut crusts from bread; spread with cheese mixture. Cut each slice into 3 strips. 3. Toast 20 to 30 minutes or until bread is very brown and crisp. 4. Store in covered tin in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature. |
