Ingredients:
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
6 ounces blue cheese, crumbles
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine the cabbage, onion, and blue cheese in a bowl and set aside.
2. In another bowl mix together mayo, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
3. Top cabbage mixture with the dressing and toss to coat.
