Blue Cheese Sauce -- Broccoli |

This simple sauce has been handed down three generations-at least. Great on broccoli. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 cup blue cheese (crumble) |
Directions:
1. Combine first three items in small sauce pan. 2. Gently heat (low) until butter melts. 3. Add blue cheese, stirring until melted. 4. Spoon / drizzle over broccoli. |
