Excellent low calorie without the overwhelming blue cheese taste Ingredients:
8 oz (1 cup) light sour cream (daisy) |
1 cup mayonnaise (hellmann's mayonnaise dressing with extra virgin olive oil) |
2 large green onion |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
3 oz (3/4 cup) blue cheese (athenos blue cheese) |
1 tsp fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop green onions. 2. Mix sour cream, mayo, green onion, and blue cheese together. 3. Add ground pepper and lemon juice to mixture. Mix well. 4. 1 tbsp is approximately one serving. |
