Blue Cheese Meat Loaves With Buffalo Sauce |

From Pillsbury. Ingredients:
1/2 lb lean ground beef |
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese |
2 tablespoons italian style breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped |
2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped |
1/4 cup thick & chunky salsa |
1 tablespoon buffalo wing sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350*. 2. In medium bowl, mix beef, cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and onion. 3. Press mixture evenly into 4 adjoining ungreased medium muffin cups at least 1 1/4 inches deep. 4. Bake 20 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix salsa and buffalo wing sauce. 6. Remove muffin pan from oven; drain off fat. Spoon about 1 tablespoon salsa mixture over each loaf in pan. 7. Return to oven; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 160*. 8. If desired sprinkle loaves with additional parsley. |
