These are so good! We have with a vegetable and wild rice. No buns necessary! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground lamb |
3 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary |
salt & pepper |
6 ounces blue cheese, divided into 4 small disks |
Directions:
1. Mix lamb, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper. 2. Divide into 4 balls. 3. Make a dent and add cheese disk, cover and flatten. 4. BBQ for 4-5 minutes per side. |
