1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
1/4 cup buttermilk |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, blue cheese, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Whisk in buttermilk and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
