This chunky dressing can also be used as a topping for potatoes or as a vegetable dip. For best effect, let chill 24 hours before using. Ingredients:
6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
4 tablespoons buttermilk |
4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon onion, grated |
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Use a fork and stir everything together except the blue cheese. 2. When thoroughly mixed, fold in the blue cheese. |
