This recipe results in a delicious dressing, not as strong as Roquefort. It is far superior to what you can purchase at the supermarket. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled |
1 teaspoon brandy |
Directions:
1. In a medium size bowl, stir together all the ingredients. 2. Chill several hours before serving over mixed greens. |
