Anything with blue cheese gets my tastebuds going. Ingredients:
100 g blue cheese |
1 cup sour cream or 3/4 cup cream |
1/4 cup malt vinegar |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
2 -3 tablespoons milk |
Directions:
1. Mash cheese with fork. 2. Add remaining ingredients and beat or blend until smooth. |
