This is good as a dip too! Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth. 2. Chill. 3. Spoon over crisp greens. |
