Blue Cheese Dip (On the Healthy Side) |

I found this recipe in the Curves Diet Guide, a few years ago. After the first time I took it to a family gathering, it has been requested ever since. Ingredients:
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese |
8 ounces light cream cheese (softened) |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup light sour cream |
1 garlic clove, mashed |
1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
3 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together completely and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with raw vegetables. |
