Okay, so it's not low cal but you'll dip a lot of vegetables in it so that helps!! Keeps really well in the fridge and can be made with reduced fat ingredients. My dad's note on the recipe says this is an excellent tasting dip. Ingredients:
4 ounces blue cheese |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine blue cheese and cream cheese. 2. Beat until well blended. 3. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. 4. Refrigerate overnight and serve with crudités. |
