A dip for raw veggies or use as a salad dressing. Prep time includes the time to chill. Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1/2 cup chopped green onion |
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine everything in a bowl and whisk together well. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. |
