I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Tyson. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream or 1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon minced onions or 1 tablespoon scallion |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in small bowl until well blended. 2. Add blue cheese, parsley, onion, and lemon juice; stir until well blended. 3. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours. |
