Make Ahead Ingredients:
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion |
1 tablespoon sugar |
3/4 teaspoon celery seeds |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream |
1 pound cabbage, finely shredded |
1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl; gradually add sour cream, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Combine cabbage and cheese; chill 1 hour. 2. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage mixture; toss gently. Serve immediately. |
