I love blue cheese even in coleslaw! Ingredients:
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
10 to 12 cups shredded green cabbage (about 1 large head) |
Directions:
1. Place first 4 ingredients in processor; blend until smooth, about 2. 30 seconds. 3. Place cabbage in large bowl. 4. Add dressing; toss. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Cover; chill at least 1 hour. 7. (Can be made 1 day ahead; chill. Toss before serving.) |
