Yummy sandwich. Fast, easy, and delicious. Ingredients:
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can white chicken meat, drained and rinsed or 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts |
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese |
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise |
1 medium carrot, shredded |
1/4 cup finely chopped celery |
2 tablespoons finely chopped white onions |
1 garlic clove, finely chopped |
1 pinch salt |
ground black pepper |
6 slices sourdough bread or 6 slices dark rye sandwich bread, toasted |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. 2. Stir to mix. 3. Spread on toasted bread. |
