Blue Cheese Butter

Perfect for topping steaks, burgers or baked potatoes.
Ingredients:
4 ounces cultured butter (recommend -- vermont butter & cheese creamery)
4 ounces blue cheese (recommend -- faribault st. pete's blue cheese)
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
black pepper
Directions:
1. Allow blue cheese and butter to soften at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Combine all ingredients and mash together with a fork or process in a food processor.
3. Place a piece of wax or parchment paper on the counter and put the butter in the middle of it. Roll the paper up to form a log of butter and twist the ends to close.
4. Keep in the refrigerator for 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months sealed in a freezer bag.
