                    Delightfully good; recipe from one of my students when I first started teaching. YUM Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 -8oz. pkg refrigerator biscuits  |  
                                                1/4 cup butter  |  
                                                3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cut each refrigerator biscuit into 4 pieces. 2. Arrange in 1 -8 inch round baking dishes. 3. Melt together the butter and the blue cheese. 4. Pour the mixture over the biscuit pieces, coating well. 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Serve hot 7.
