Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 ounces blue cheese (maytag preferred) |
1 teaspoon sour cream, more if necessary |
1 teaspoon mayonnaise, more if necessary |
1/3 cup pecans, chopped very fine |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together. 2. Add some sour cream or mayonnaise to make it smoother and easier to spread. 3. Chill, divide into 2 small balls, and roll each ball in pecans. |
