Blue Cheese Avocado Dip

Mmm! This dip is creamy and yummy!
Ingredients:
2 medium-sized ripe avocados
2 tablespoons chopped or grated onion
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Peel and remove pits from avocados.
2. Cut avocados into chunks.
3. Place avocado chunks, chopped/grated onion, and lemon juice into blender container and cover with lid.
4. Puree until smooth.
5. Add sour cream, blue cheese, salt, and pepper.
6. Blend until well combined.
7. Chill in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
8. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables and crackers for dipping.
9. Makes 2 cups.
